Guided by our value of integrity, T2L is meticulous about monitoring and evaluating the veracity of our methods and the impact of our programs.  We constantly refine the metrics we use to measure our leaders’ success because, in the end, their triumphs are ours.


For the 2013 - 2014 school year, T2L is proud to report the following outcomes:

Capitol Hill High School, a Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy school, earned the second highest gains of any public charter school in Washington, DC on the DC CAS academic proficiency test.

Capitol Hill High also experienced the highest graduation rate and the highest DC CAS scores in the history of the school.

Parkside High School, a Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy school, earned Tier 1 status on DC's 2014 Performance Management Framework (PMF) for the first time in the school’s history.

Parkside also earned the greatest gains in retaining students who needed extra time, seeing them through to earning high school diplomas.


Elmer A. Henderson: A Johns Hopkins Partnership School continues to significantly outpace the district average on the Maryland School Assessment (MSA) and earned the PBIS Gold Award for their decreased suspension rate.

100% of T2L School Leaders demonstrated and reported an increase in their self-awareness and proficiency to develop and execute a strategic plan and manage others.
